Brainform.ai provides AI-powered search and CX solutions via SaaS (“the Service”).
3. Account & Eligibility
You must be 18 years old or above. You agree to provide accurate information and maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.
4. Subscription & Fees
Details of plans and billing are provided at checkout. Subscriptions will renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
5. License & Restrictions
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use our Service. You must not reverse-engineer, redistribute, or use the services for unlawful activities.
No hacking, spamming, or illegal activities. We reserve the right to suspend accounts violating the Acceptable Use Policy.
8. Intellectual Property
All platform IP, including AI models, software, and trademarks, remain the property of Brainform.ai.
9. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
Service provided “AS IS.” Brainform.ai is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Liability limited to amounts paid in the past 12 months.
10. Termination
We may terminate or suspend access for violation of these terms at any time without notice.
11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by French law (or your preferred jurisdiction). Disputes shall be resolved by arbitration or competent courts in Lyon, France.
